Step 1:Obtain a Police Report
Register the damage caused to the insured vehicle at the Traffic Police Department and obtain a valid Police Report.

STEP 2: Register a claim
You will need to submit the following documents along with the claim form duly signed by the insured.
Valid police report.
Copy of Insurance policy for the insured vehicle.
Copy of valid driving license driving the vehicle.
Copy of ownership book and road permit for the non-blamed party.
STEP 3: Survey and Claim Settlement
If the vehicle is drivable then bring it to our office location for survey, or in case it is not drivable anymore then we recommend getting it towed to avoid any further damage
A surveyor assesses the loss, designates a garage for repair, issues repair order, (vehicle will be delivered after repair), receives repair invoices with supporting documents, matches repair order details and finally issues credit note for settlement.
Upon completion of repair at the designated garage Alkhaleej Takaful Group makes the payment of the loss directly to the garage. You will only have to pay the excess as mentioned in the policy and the depreciation value, salvage etc. as informed by the surveyor.
